GIPO have allways set the standard in the area of processing systems. Since the first GIPO machine around 20 years ago, mobile crushing is once again gaining importance. This is mainly due to two reasons:
1) What earlier could be considered only in quarries and gravel factories with stationary processing plants today, is carried out increasingly by mobile crushers. The machine is only onsite when it is actually required.

2) The recycling and immediate recycling of exploded and demolished material in construction projects make mobile crushers the most efficient and economical solutions in building material managment: Gravel deposits are spared, expensive storage and transportation are avoided.

GIPO plants are being operated extensively throughout europe. They are distinguished by high-grade components, diesel-hydraulic actuation concept and proven longevity. Technical innovations in machines incorporate constantly and in the shortest possible time.


The mobile tracked GIPO combo-plant is a highly efficient system with an impact crusher and screen built onto one chassis. The tried and tested GIPO impact crushers and a compact design are the special features of combo-plants.
Where hitherto, two separate machines (crusher and screen) were used for manufacturing a classified end product, now, one needs only one machine. This means crucial cost benefits for the manufacturer during purchase, transportation, fuel consumption and in environmental impacts. The compact plant requires lesser space at the construction site, and many classified end products can be produced simultaneously. Owing to the integrated screening machine, the plants produce a high quality end product. With the integrated oversized particle feedback, one can operate with a wider crushing gap. This brings advantages in the crushing capacity as well as in the wear. The infinitely variable adjustment

of the rotor speed simplifies the processing of each feed material. With the established fully hydraulic actuator, even the hardest stones and concrete can be crushed without problem.
Diesel motors with EURO Norm 2 are installed in the GIPOCOMBI powerpack, which are essentially more economical than the previous models. The installations can also be equipped with a soot particle filter.
Owing to the feeding hopper with the fixed hopper walls and the compact oversized particle recycling belt, set-up time is practically not required. The machine can be transported from one location to another quickly and in an uncomplicated manner without dismantling. With the track-laying gear, which uses the full hydraulic power of the machine, it is possible to move the plant to almost any area.
The plants can be comfortably operated from the wheel loader or excavator through radio control.


The GIPO impact crushers with the two impact walls and infinitely variable adjustment of the rotor speed with the proven fully hydraulic actuation concept form the core of the plants. With the infinitely variable adjustment of the

rotor speed, it is possible to directly influence the material to be broken. Thanks to this economic actuation system, reinforced concrete, asphalt, building rubble, natural stone, coal and blast-furnace slags can be processed.


The GIPO jaw crushers are compact, mobile tracked crusher units. The plants are suitable for recycling building materials and for crushing stones.
The single jaw crusher, which is fit for hard stones, allows for convenient and precise setting of the desired grain size with the hydraulic gap adjustment with plug-in plates.

The hydraulic actuation enables the crusher start-up with filled crushing mouth and the infinitely variable speed adjustment with constant crushing power.
The fully diesel-hydraulic actuation concept used in all GIPO plants guarantees minimum susceptibility to failure due to dust, humidity and vibration.
